Panreal advises Botrygg on the sale of Valkeboskolan in Linköping to Hemsö

Botrygg has divested Valkeboskolan, a modern municipal pre-school and primary school located in Vikingstad outside Linköping, to Hemsö. Panreal acted as sell-side advisor to Botrygg in the transaction.

The property was completed in 2022 and is designed for approximately 480 pupils. The total lettable area amounts to 6,600 square metres and comprises facilities for primary school (years 4–6), pre-school, and a full-sized separate sports hall, together with generous outdoor areas. The Municipality of Linköping is the tenant, with a lease agreement with a remaining term of 11 years.

The property is situated in the locality of Vikingstad – a growing and sought-after residential area for families with children, with convenient commuting distance to central Linköping. The school was developed in accordance with the municipality's requirements for a flexible pre-school and primary school facility. The buildings are certified under Miljöbyggnad Silver and the school building is equipped with a rooftop solar panel installation.

The transaction was structured as a property deal, with completion taking place on 30 March 2026. The parties have not disclosed the purchase price. MSA acted as legal advisor to Hemsö.
