Panreal advises Julvi Hus on off-market acquisition of hotel property in central Gothenburg

Julvi Hus has acquired the property Heden 16:5, located in central Gothenburg. Panreal acted as initiator and exclusive buy-side advisor to Julvi Hus. The seller was Castellum.

The property comprises approximately 2,000 square metres of lettable area and accommodates residential units, a hotel, and office premises. It benefits from an exceptional location between Trädgårdsföreningen and Heden, just a short walk from Avenyn. The building was originally constructed in 1963 and consists of four floors.

The transaction was structured as a transfer of all shares in the property-owning company, with closing taking place on 18 December, 2025.
