Panreal advises Forshem Fastigheter on the sale of a retail property in Borås

Panreal acted as sell-side advisor to Forshem Fastigheter in connection with the sale of the Evedal 1 retail property in Knalleland, Borås, to Svenska Handelsfastigheter.

The property comprises approximately 5,100 sqm of lettable area and is located in Knalleland, one of Western Sweden's leading retail destinations. Existing tenants include Elgiganten, and in spring 2027, Lidl will join as a new anchor tenant with the opening of a store comprising approximately 2,200 sqm under a 15-year lease agreement.

Panreal advised Forshem Fastigheter throughout the entire sales process, from initial analysis and positioning to investor outreach, negotiations and transaction execution.
