At the time of closing, the main tenant was Menigo, leasing approximately 17,000 square metres.

Panreal initiated the transaction, acted as buy-side advisor to Svenska Hus, and led the transaction process. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 186 million, and closing took place in April 2016. The seller was Catena.
