Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to a group of private individuals. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in December 2022. The buyer was SBB.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
