The transaction concerned a newly built social infrastructure property located just north of central Gävle. The property is operated as a care home and comprises over 5,100 square metres across five floors and consists of 72 residential units.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Nordiska Omsorgsfastigheter. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in March 2020. The buyer was Storebrand.
