The transaction concerned a warehouse and office property located in the Sävedalen industrial area, just outside Gothenburg. The property consisted of two buildings with a total lettable area of 9,300 square metres. The buildings were constructed in 2015 and 1991 respectively, with the older structure having undergone substantial renovation.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to LÅ Eveberg Fastighetsutveckling. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in January 2023. The buyer was Areim.
