Panreal initiated the transaction, acted as buy-side advisor to Thulefastigheter, and led the transaction process. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in December 2021. The seller was Pamero.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
