Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Willhem. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 222 million, and closing took place in December 2020. The buyer was Estea.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
