Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Rikshem. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 225 million, and closing took place in June 2021. The buyer was Northern Horizon.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
