The building, with a total lettable area of approximately 3,000 square meters, comprises residential units, offices, as well as retail and restaurant premises.
Panreal’s project management and responsibilities throughout the process included, among other things, strategic advisory, data management, individual contact and negotiations with potential investors, preparation and quality assurance of the data room, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence process, and final negotiations.
Panreal managed the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Castellum AB. The purchase price is confidential, and closing took place in October 2025. The buyer was Vättersnäs Förvaltnings AB.
