Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Hökerum Fastigheter. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in June 2023. The buyer was Blackrock.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
