The portfolio comprised approximately 15,000 sq.m. of lettable area across retail and office premises. Willys was the principal tenant, and total rental income for the portfolio amounted to SEK 25.4 million in 2025.

Panreal was responsible for project management and advisory services throughout the entire transaction process, from initial preparations to completion.
