The transaction concerned the iconic property Navet (formerly known as “M2 Center”) in Jönköping. At the time of the transaction, the property comprised approximately 13,000 square metres of lettable space, including retail, office, and hotel premises. The site also included an unused building right of approximately 16,000 square metres and extensive parking areas.
