Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to EHF AB. The deal was signed in January 2017, and the underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 176 million. The buyer was Real Holding.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
