The transaction concerned two social infrastructure properties in Nässjö Municipality. The properties consisted of two LSS care facilities, one of which had recently been completed while the other was under construction. The total lettable area amounted to approximately 2,200 square metres, comprising 24 residential units. The tenant was Nässjö Municipality.
