Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to NREP. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 45 million, and closing took place in February 2018. The buyer was Corem.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
