The transaction concerned an office property located near central Borås. The total lettable area amounted to just over 2,800 square metres, and the basement included around 30 parking spaces. At the time of closing, the building was considered one of Sweden’s most energy-efficient office buildings based on energy consumption.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to RO-Gruppen and Kabfast. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in April 2017. The buyer was Kralima.
