Panreal sell-side advisor as KAB Fastigheter acquires Sävedalens Torg

Panreal acted as exclusive sell-side advisor to LÅ Eveberg Fastighetsutveckling in the divestment of Sävedalens Torg. The transaction was project-led by Panreal, and the closing of the property-owning company took place on May 5, 2025. The buyer is KAB Fastigheter.

The property in question, Ugglum 2:311 in Partille Municipality, is a mixed-use asset comprising office, healthcare and retail premises, strategically located on the border between Partille and Gothenburg. The property is fully let to around ten tenants, including the Västra Götaland Region and Triumfglass, which has had a strong local presence in Sävedalen since the 1950s.

“The process, which began earlier this year, has been a clear indicator of increased liquidity and diversity in the investor market. The strong interest from a wide range of buyer profiles demonstrates continued confidence in well-located, fully let assets,” says Axel Edwall, Founder of Panreal.
