Panreal sell-side advisor in the sale of two newly built and fully let logistics properties at Landvetter airport

Southbay completes its fourth investment, this time in one of the Nordic region’s most sought-after logistics locations, Airport City Gothenburg. Panreal acted as sell-side advisor on behalf of a private party.

The buildings were completed in 2023 and have a total lettable area of approximately 4,700sqm. They are fully leased to well-established tenants with a weighted average lease term exceeding 6 years. The properties have been developed with high energy performance and will be certified.

The properties are located in Airport City Gothenburg – an area undergoing strong growth and recently named the Nordic region’s top logistics location by Dagens Logistik. The proximity to the airport, highway, and the region’s container port provides unique conditions for efficient logistics, both nationally and internationally.

The transaction was structured as a share deal, involving the transfer of all shares in the property-owning companies. The purchase price is confidential.

Panreal was responsible for project management and advisory throughout the entire transaction process, from initial preparations to closing.
