Panreal sell-side advisor as Nordisk Renting Acquires newly built municipal care home in Borgholm

Panreal has acted as sell-side advisor to BJC Group in the divestment of a newly constructed care home comprising 5,760 sqm, fully leased to Borgholm Municipality. The buyer is Nordisk Renting.

The property was completed in 2024 and is designed to meet the municipality’s long-term care needs. It meets high sustainability standards, holding a Miljöbyggnad Silver certification and Energy Class B rating.

Strategically located to ensure accessibility and high-quality service for the elderly, the facility represents an important step in the municipality’s investment in modern and sustainable care environments.
