Panreal acted as sell-side advisor to Castellum in connection with the divestment of a trophy asset located at the corner of Linnégatan and Tredje Långgatan in central Gothenburg. The buyer is Vättersnäs FörvaltningsAB.
The property comprises a total lettable area of approximately 3,000 square meters and includes residential units, offices, as well as retail and restaurant premises. The transaction was executed as a share deal and closing took place on October 1, 2025.
