Panreal advises Vendus on the acquisition of a retail park portfolio from Arwidsro

Panreal acted as advisor to Vendus Sweden AB (publ) in connection with the acquisition of a portfolio comprising four retail properties located in Mora and Stenungsund. The seller was Arwidsro Fastighets AB.

Vendus has today entered into an agreement with Arwidsro to acquire the properties Noret 88:51, Noret 86:19, Noret 86:20 and Noret 58:22 located in the Noret retailarea in Mora, as well as the properties Stenung 1:108 and Stenung 4:52 located in the Strandplan retail area in Stenungsund.

The transaction is structured as a share deal, with completion scheduled for 1 December 2025. The properties comprise a total lettable area of approximately 15,000sq.m., with Willys, STC and the Municipality of Stenungsund as the principal tenants. The properties generate total rental income of SEK 25.4 million, with a WAULT of 2.3 years as of closing date. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 272.5 million.

Panreal was responsible for project management and advisory services throughout the entire transaction process, from initial preparations to completion. The purchase price is confidential.
