Panreal acted as advisor and transaction initiator in another deal within the grocery-anchored retail segment. The property is located in Stenungsund, north of Gothenburg with Hemköp as the main tenant. The weighted average lease term is approximately seven years. The Hemköp store is a strong performer, reporting sales of approximately SEK 130 million during the recent fiscal year.
Following the acquisition, Vendus’s property portfolio now reaches an underlying value of approximately SEK 3 billion – marking the halfway point toward the company’s target of SEK 6 billion. The seller, Steiner Fastigheter, is a privately owned real estate company with assets in Uddevalla, Kungälv, and Stenungsund.
