Panreal acted as originator and exclusive buy-side advisor to Tapajos AB in the off-market acquisition of a high-quality residential property in Örgryte, one of Gothenburg’s most prestigious districts. Closing took place on 7 July 2025.
The asset comprises 14 regulated rental apartments, providing stable cash flow and significant potential for conversion to condominiums. The sellers were private individuals. The purchase price is confidential.
