Panreal advisor in Mölndal property transaction as Catena sells to Vätternäs

Panreal acted as transaction initiator and advisor to the buyer as Catena Fastigheter divested “Klarinetten 1” in Mölndal to Vätternäs Fastigheter. The transaction was completed on April 30, 2025.

The property is fully let to Leo’s Lekland, which operates one of its most profitable units at the location. Catena had owned the asset since 2017, and the sale marks a strategic step in Vätternäs’s continued growth in the region.

The transaction was completed under special circumstances, as Leo’s Lekland was undergoing corporate restructuring during the sales process. A condition for closing was that the restructuring be completed prior to the transfer. The process concluded just two days before closing, enabling a successful and timely transaction.
