Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Vättersnäs. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 72 million, and closing took place in April 2016. The buyer was Wood & Hill.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
