The transaction concerned two properties located along the E6 motorway in the Munkeröd industrial area, just east of central Stenungsund. The properties included four buildings of good standard, with a total lettable area of just over 11,000 square metres. At the time of closing, both properties were fully let to Scandi Terminal AB.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Petre & Partners AB. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 68 million, and closing took place in June 2017. The buyer was a private investor.
