Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Corem. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 320 million, and closing took place in November 2024. The buyer was Järngrinden.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
