The transaction concerned two properties located in Villastaden and Byttorp in Borås. The properties consisted of residential units, the majority of which were student apartments. The lettable area amounted to approximately 2,300 square metres. One of the properties also offered potential for the development of around 40 apartments.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Cernera. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in July 2015. The buyer was HSB Göta.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
