The property comprises approximately 5,100 sqm of lettable area and is strategically located in Knalleland, one of Western Sweden's leading and most established retail destinations. The area attracts approximately five million visitors annually and has a catchment area of approximately 175,000 inhabitants within a 30-minute drive.
The property benefits from a strong tenant profile, including Elgiganten. In spring 2027, Lidl will join as a new anchor tenant with the opening of a store comprising approximately 2,200 sqm under a 15-year lease agreement.
Panreal advised Forshem Fastigheter throughout the entire sales process, including analysis and positioning of the property, preparation of marketing materials, investor outreach, management of the bidding process, negotiations and coordination through to completion.
