The transaction concerned two industrial properties located in the Dyrsten industrial area along national road 44 in Uddevalla. The buildings were constructed in 2010 and 2012, and at the time of closing they were fully let to Optimera and Ramirent. The total lettable area amounted to just over 4,500 square metres.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Grandab. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in June 2018. The buyer was Digiled Fastighets AB.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
