Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Alaska Real Estate. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 650 million, and closing took place in January 2022. The buyer was Bygg-Göta.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
