Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Veraz Real Estate AB. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in May 2017. The buyer was Wilundia.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
