The transaction concerned a newly built top quality office and production facility located in direct connection to the E6 motorway, just south of central Kungsbacka. At the time of the transaction, an extension of the building was under construction that, upon completion, would bring the total area to approximately 7,500 square metres. The deal was structured as a sale and leaseback.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to BS Förvaltning AB. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 150 million, and closing took place in September 2019. The buyer was Vika Project Finance AS.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
