Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Plejad. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 400 million, and closing took place in October 2019. The buyer was Hökerum Fastigheter.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
