The transaction concerned a newly developed retail property located in the Sisjön retail district in southern Gothenburg, fully let to Bauhaus as the sole tenant. The total lettable area amounted to approximately 17,000 square metres.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Alaska Real Estate. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 500 million, and closing took place in November 2018. The buyer was Bygg-Göta.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
