The transaction concerned a modern logistics facility in Götene, strategically located along the E20 corridor. The property comprised approximately 23,000 square metres of lettable area, with an additional expansion potential of about 4,700 square metres.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to CH Square. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 200 million, and closing took place in February 2023. The buyer was Logicenters (NREP).
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
