The transaction concerned two social infrastructure properties located in Onsala, south of Gothenburg. Both properties were let to the Municipality of Kungsbacka and used for elderly care and preschool operations. The buildings were constructed in the 90s and had a total lettable area of approximately 3,400 square metres.

Panreal initiated the transaction, acted as buy-side advisor to Estea, and led the transaction process. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 100 million, and closing took place in April 2021. The sellers were Stonemason AB and Mats B Hansson Förvaltning AB.
