The transaction concerned a consolidated residential portfolio located in the Örgryte/Lunden district of central Gothenburg. The portfolio comprised six properties with a total lettable area of approximately 11,000 square metres, consisting of 164 apartments and a smaller share of commercial premises.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Bror Johansson & Co AB. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in January 2025. The buyer was Ernst Rosén.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
