The transaction concerned a residential development project located on Danska Vägen, in the attractive Örgryte district of Gothenburg. The project comprised 93 residential units, parking garage, and ground-floor commercial premises. Construction had previously commenced but was paused. The buyer was OBOS.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Botrygg. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in June 2025.
