The transaction concerned two newly built properties in Kungälv, north of Gothenburg. The properties comprised approximately 9,300 square metres of lettable area, divided between rental apartments and a care home.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to KAB Fastigheter. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 375 million, and closing took place in December 2019. The buyer was Trenum.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
