The transaction concerned a high-quality office and logistics property located in Viared outside Borås. The property had recently been extended at the time of the transaction and offered approximately 6,000 square metres of lettable area. The zoning plan also allowed further development on the property. The property was fully let at closing.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to JBCC. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 46 million, and closing took place in December 2016. The buyer was Hansson Gruppen.
