Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Alaska Real Estate. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 800 million, and closing took place in June 2022. The buyer was Trappan.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
