The transaction concerned three properties in the Smålandia Retail Area in Gislaved. At the time of the transaction, the properties had a total lettable area of approximately 6,200 square metres, with an additional 1,200 square metres under construction. Willys was the anchor tenant.

– “Over time, Smålandia Retail Area has evolved into a modern and attractive out-of-town retail destination with a broad catchment area and a strong regional position. In addition to the existing buildings, the transaction also included a Stadium store under construction, which added complexity and required a high degree of creativity and flexibility,” says Peter Malmberg, Partner at Panreal.
Panreal initiated the transaction, acted as buy-side advisor to Arwidsro, and led the transaction process. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 120 million, and closing took place in December 2022. The seller was Boxhult AB.
