Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Nostrorum. The underlying property value amounted to approximately SEK 215 million, and closing took place in May 2019. The buyer was Gladsheim.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
