The transaction concerned a residential development project located in Pottholmen, central Karlskrona. At the time of acquisition, the area underwent major transformation into a mixed-use district with housing and offices. The previous buildings, including Karlskrona’s former fire station, had been demolished in 2018.

Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
