The transaction concerned a development site in central Helsingborg. As part of the deal, a contracting agreement was signed, which gave Skanska the commission to construct over 300 residential units. The project formed part of H+, the City of Helsingborg’s large-scale urban renewal initiative for the southern parts of the city.

Panreal led the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to Skanska. The purchase price is confidential and closing took place in December 2015. The buyer was Magnolia.
Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
