The transaction concerned two properties located in the Sävenäs industrial area in eastern Gothenburg. The properties comprised office, warehouse and workshop premises with a total lettable area of approximately 4,500 square metres. One of the properties also included unused building rights.

Panreal’s responsibilities throughout the process included strategic advisory, data handling, investor outreach and negotiations, data room preparation and quality assurance, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence, and final negotiations.
