Construction was completed in 2024, and the facility is designed to meet the municipality’s long-term needs. It meets high sustainability standards with a Miljöbyggnad Silver certification and Energy Class B rating. The care home is strategically located to optimize accessibility and service for the elderly and represents an important step in the municipality’s investment in modern and sustainable care environments.
Panreal’s project management and responsibilities throughout the process included, among other things, strategic advisory, data management, individual contact and negotiations with potential investors, preparation and quality assurance of the data room, coordination during the buyer’s due diligence process, and final negotiations.
Panreal managed the transaction and acted as sell-side advisor to BJC Group. The purchase price is confidential, and closing took place in September 2025. The buyer was Nordisk Renting.
